SUMMER TEEN STRENGTH & CONDITIONING

PRE-SEASON 2025: June 2nd - July 25th

Our goal is simple: We want to provide the tools needed for a successful season!

The Northside Athletics Teen Strength & Conditioning program focuses on developing proper lifting technique, gaining muscle mass, enhancing vertical, improving conditioning and increasing sprint velocity.

This program is designed to prepare your athlete for the upcoming athletic season.

2 TRAINING TIMES
Mon/Wed/Thurs: 12PM - 1PM
Mon/Wed/Thurs: 1PM - 2PM

Spaces are capped at 6 athletes to maximize athlete to coach ratio.

All NEW athletes MUST register for our Teen Foundations Course prior to starting the class.
