Born and raised in Alaska, I’m a proud mom of three and I love the adventures motherhood brings! My love for weight lifting and my incredible gym community at Northside Athletics have inspired me to help other women discover their own strength. I specialize in coaching women who are pregnant or postpartum or new to strength training, and I’m passionate about empowering women of all ages to take their confidence and fitness to new levels!

What I love most about lifting is the process -- training mind and body to overcome challenges and being able to see and feel transformations both physically and mentally. I am passionate about helping others achieve new levels of strength, health, and confidence on their fitness journey!

Daniel Wallior BS, NASM-CPT

Specialty Areas: General Population, Private and Semi-Private Personal Training

In his 20s, Daniel spent years struggling with fat loss, muscle gain, and building a healthy relationship with food. After losing more than 50 pounds, he realized how much misinformation exists in the fitness world and how confusing it can be for people trying to do the right thing.

Daniel believes that being strong and healthy doesn’t have to be complicated. His mission is simple: help people build resilient bodies, confident minds, and sustainable habits that last for decades, not just a season. He returned to school to earn his Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science, completed his personal training certification, and moved to Fairbanks with his wife and dog to begin building a life rooted in health, adventure, and community.

What Daniel loves most about coaching in Fairbanks is the diversity of goals people bring through the door. Training here isn’t just about aesthetics, it’s about preparing for real life. Training for a hike in Denali? Riding the Fireweed 100 to Valdez? Want to stay strong for years of Alaska adventures with your kids or grandkids?

Daniel is passionate about helping people prepare for what matters most — their next great adventure.
