This class blends functional strength, strongman-inspired movements, and structured conditioning, with an emphasis on preparing the body for demanding environments - including long days on your feet and under load. Sessions are designed to improve strength, aerobic capacity, and resilience while reducing the risk of common overuse and adventure-related injuries.
