Northside Athletics Barbell Program

Our Barbell program is built to help you develop real, functional strength using the foundational movements: Squat, Press, Row, Hinge, Lunge, and Carry. Every program is tailored to your individual needs so you can train with confidence and make measurable progress.

Who’s it for?
Beginner to intermediate athletes are welcome! New attendees are required to complete our
On-Ramp course before joining.

Fall 2025 Schedule

Start Date: September 1st - October 25th

  • Tuesday & Thursday: 5:00 PM – 6:00 PM, 6:00 PM – 7:00 PM

  • Saturday: 10:00 AM - 11:00 AM

Program Details

  • 8-week sessions

  • 2 coached classes per week

  • Small group sizes for better coach-to-athlete attention
