Youth Strength & Conditioning

Homeschool PE credit is available.

This class is designed for youth athletes to develop fundamental strength skills in a small group setting. Athletes will learn correct lifting technique, increase strength in a variety of lift patterns, and improve overall conditioning.

Classes are 8 weeks long

Monday & Wednesday 1-2pm

$275 for 16 classes

Ages 10+

Class Dates: April 8 - June 3
