Whether you like the barbell or the stones, we have the club for you. New to strength training? Foundations teaches you the 6 foundational movements. Learn to maximize your strength by training squat, bench, and deadlift with our Barbell Club. Get stronger and in better shape with our Strength & Conditioning class. Prepare for the upcoming season in our High School Sports Performance class.

PERSONAL TRAINING

Northside Athletics provides personal training meant to target YOUR goals. These focused skill sessions are designed around your specific needs. It is our goal to help you reach yours! Whether it’s refining a specific exercise or working directly with one of our coaches, we have you covered.

Our coaches will help you develop goals specific to your needs that are measurable, timely and realistic.

PROGRAMMING

In the Online Programming, athletes will work one on one with a NSCA Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist. You and your coach will develop and implement a program to meet your specific goals; whether it’s for competition or life.

Online coaching is great for anyone, anywhere, who:

  • is looking for fat loss, muscle gain, or both

  • does not live near Northside yet wants personal programming from our coaches delivered to your phone

  • bored with or not getting results from your current training program

  • ready to reach the next level of fitness

  • interested in or already competing in Powerlifting or Strongman
